What is EFT?
EFT is an effective, safe, non-invasive method of balancing the body’s
energy systems. Clearing negative emotions and thoughts.

EFT is fast, effective, and often gives immediate results. It may be
described as an emotional version of acupuncture without needles
Even though we are designed to recover from unpleasant energies our
emotions can sometimes become stuck. EFT involves tuning into these
emotions and then tapping with your fingers on specific acupuncture
points. No need for traumatic stories.
The dispelled feelings rarely return, but if they do, you may simply
need a bit more work. Of course you can still feel angry, fearful or
guilt about other things - and it might be appropriate to do so, but
you will not feel it about that which you have tapped on.
